JAPANESE PORTFOLIO Q2
Overarching goal
My goal is to know enough Japanese to understand at least 1/4th of the words being spoken in anime.
2nd quarter goal

Japanese object
わたしはラーメンが大好きです。ラーメンはおいしそうですから食べました。とてもからいです、でもおいしいです。これわあじはすごいです。すっとラーメンをたべます。
Translation: I love ramen noodles! It looked very delicious so I ate it. It's very salty but it still tastes good. The flavor is awesome. I eat it all the time.

Writing characters
これはにほのしけんはちょとむずかしですでもべんきょうをします。うれいしですからわたしは良いせいせきです。べんきょうは一じかんにします。わたしはほこりにおもっています。とてもならいます。
I put this under characters because this involves writing plenty of kanji. Translation: This japanese quiz is a little hard but I studied. I am happy because I got a good grade, I studied an hour. I am proud of myself and I have learned a lot.

Writing sentences
This is worksheet 4-4 and involves a large amount of writing compared to other worksheets. Scenarios involved in this include: being a bus driver laying the law down to the students aboard, a student speaking to a bus driver and their coach, answering Japanese questions, and finally kanji. In this worksheet it was important to know conjugation and knowing how to respect people older by using formal language such and polite forms (下さい).
Quiz
This quiz was relatively easy because I studied hard the night before. Overall, I'm proud of the work I put into it and the grade I achieved. In this test it was about learning vocabulary for food and on expressions needed to order a meal from a restaurant. If I could go back and change one thing about this I would look at the terms for food. This is because without the pictures as a guide I was slightly thrown off.
Test
This is not the test itself, however this is the guide to it. This test was medium in difficulty but I made sure to study the night before and many days before it. I took the time to fill in the answers on this sheet and to go online to the speaking test via msu. Both of these ways of studying helped me to get a good grade and helped me understand better.
Project
